Against the Giants in the Forgotten Realms?

With Chris Perkins's fantastic rewrite of Steading of the Hill Giant Chief for 4E, I am thinking of running an Against the Giants mini-campaign but set in Forgotten Realms.

Has anyone run Against the Giants in the Realms? Where did you set the various giant holdings?

I'm planning on using a desperate plea for heroes to summon my pcs back to Loudwater, where they started their adventures a couple years ago (they are level 13 now). There are some serious hill giant raiding problems in the area.
