Thanks guys its just the multiclass description is a little confusing to me

Nope. It's multiclass only. That means you can't have spellscarred as your class. The best you can hope for is ~50/50 with paragon multiclassing.

Actually, you can't paragon multiclass with spellscarred - you have to take the spellscarred savant path, which is close.

There something for everyone in them, weapon powers implement powers, etc. The powers transcend role and everything. They are more suited to adapt and existing class structure, rather than be one in and of themselves.

Just remember to take all 3 multiclass feats and and Spellscarred Savant Paragon Path.

Oh, and you won't get all your utilities from the Spellscarred power list. You'll have 3, at the most. Dem's da breaks.

I think that refers to the fact that you can't paragon multi-class into spellscared because it doesn't have any at-will powers. The best you can do is the Spellscared Savant class. Also the basic spellscared multi-class feat has special rules. Other than that it works like all other multi-classing. You take the basic feat giving you some basic abilities then you take the power swap feats.

As I understand it you can create a plague touched character (or have your existing character become plague touched). In fact you have to do it in order to have a spellscared character. Full rules for that are in the FRCG.

It does, in fact:

spellscarred is a multiclass-only option. Your primary class can never be spellscarred.

Spellscarred characters have to have a spellscar. Spellscars are usually obtained by being exposed to the energies of the spellplague. You can get one by DM fiat or by actually being exposed to spellscarred powers, plaguechanged creatures, or the energies of the plaguelands.

Spellscarred characters do not paragon multiclass normally. Instead, they have a special paragon path they take.

This is all spelled out in the relevant sections on spellscarred.

Also, can you create a Plague touched character? They have given referencet to plague changed, touched(spellscared?), so can you create one?

You can create a character with a spellscar if your DM allows it. "Plaguetouched" refers to creatures that have been hideously twisted by the energies of the spellplague into walking abominations.

I builded a Barbarian for my brother trying to apply spell scarred but the powers aren't appealing compare to what he can get from staying barb.

On the other hand it a great addon to Paladins,Warlords and Warlock

The only thing that i didn't like in the list of powers are diversity. It would have been nice if it has been done so each class can get good things from it. On the other hand it a great addon to Paladins,Warlords and Warlock

Call of the Plague is the best defender power that swordmages can get.
