As the title describes, I'm looking for adventures set in and around Najara, or are focused on lizzard & snake people.

My PC's are level 3, so anything around that level would be prefered. But I'm likely to be doing some heavy modding as it is, so level isn't too much of a concern. I'm just looking for some more inspiration as I'm having trouble imganing the political workkings and look of the area etc.

Thanks in advance.

I would get the 3e sourcebook Serpent Kingdoms. Some good information in there about Najara. In 4e I would say alot of it still applies, except that they have probably expand quite a bit, and are more active in area and less secretive now.

Also, get this

www.wizards.com/dnd/files/2/fr_downloads...

Pretty much everything you will ever need about the High Moor.  And its free now (thanks!)

I did an adventure a while ago focused on lizardman tribes in the area allying with a local black dragon out of necessity.  It was low level but hinted at a slave trade trafficking through the Moor into Najara.  I was able to pull lots of great background info from that book.  It has almost no crunch so is still very relevant for 4E.

I would echo The Silversword's recommendation for Serpent Kingdoms and Ritorix's for Elminster's Ecologies.

I also like the 3.5E adventure Fortress of the Yuan-ti by Ari Marmell (updated to 4E by WotC a couple of months ago) and the 3.5E Dungeon adventure Requiem for a Shadow Serpent. The latter relies on the Shadow Weave somewhat but it wouldn't be too hard to change to remove that story element.
