Artemis Entreri birth year?

Jan 24, 2011 16:02:19 I'm attempting to construct a timeline of Artemis Entreri's timeline, but am having difficulty. It is mentioned in the short story The Third Level that he left Memnon when he was 9 years old, but without a birth year, that's not terribly useful. Does anyone know where/if it's mentioned somewhere when he was born?

Jan 25, 2011 15:33:15 Yep, I found that thread when I was doing my research. It's great speculation, but that's all it is, especially with the inconsistencies in the timeline (one source mentions him leaving Memnon at 9, another at 12). I was looking for something more official.

count backwards

he was 40 something during the sellsword trilogy, counting back from that year can get your the year of his birth,

espescially if its not in the ghotr

Jan 25, 2011 18:15:48 That's the problem though. The only specific age given him were in the Road of the Patriarch and The Third Level. The latter isn't dated and the former has a flashback from when he was a child, not giving a specific year. The other stories list him as forty-something, so no specific year there either.

Thinking out loud....I wonder if the Duble Diamond Saga series, despite being non-canon (I think) mentions hard dates? I'd have to check that out.
