Aurilandur heresy in Sossrim?

Posted this over at Candlekeep as well, but figured it might be worth posting it here as well. 

 

I'm working on an Aurilandur heresy, which essential is a heresy based pre-corruption Auril, for a 3.5 game. However, I came across a mentioning of a more benign variant of Auril-worship in Sossrim in RoF. Does anyone know anything more about it, or am I more "free" to work it how I want?
