First, what race? I was thinking one of the following three; eladrin, elf, shifter (am leaning towards shifter)
Second, what is the role/purpose of the avengers of Mielikki and what would their order be named?
I remember a game I DMed before Spellplague, most long lived elves/eladrin(Sun or Moon) would also remember,
that there once was a group of who wore a tabard with a Unicorn Head on the front. I can't remember who they exactly were or where but they had some strange placement around Lurue, a Lich, the Staff of the Unicorn, a Blue Dragon, Small Teeth, Amn, Tethyr, The Sword Coast, and the Western Heartlands. These knights? Rangers? or Advantageous mercenary Nobles got picked up by some adventurers returning the Staff of the Unicorn to Mielikki and Lurue in High Forest at the top of a Waterfall somewhere near the top of Star Mounts. That was during the year of Rogue Dragons. I would say it would be easy to write in that some of these surviving individuals may have found or had faith in The Forest Queen before and after this so such an Avenger wouldn't be hard to imagine. I would guess such an Order might be calle The Order of the Unicorn. This of course is just an idea though it would make some great Realms Lore, if it was not of course based on hours and hours of research I spent creating a game using around 5 to 10 sources to find all the information I could on areas histories, ecologies, and economics around these areas what was happening at that time which was perfect to have a mythic quest obtaining a staff belonging to a Lich called Shoon, which rested in the Hoard of Sharp Fangs which was located in Small, which could only be done away with by such a quest as returning the Staff to Lurue on the Peak of Star Mount. Have fun and make it yours!
A shifter would have some purpose in the reguard of Malar always tempting them into the Savage Hunt so Mielikki might provide this character with fuel to battle against such activities which can lead to imbalance. "Live as one with the woods, teach others to do so, and punish and curtail those who hunt for sport or practice cruelties on wild creatures."
