Why is everything that's a bit interesting in 4e info only for D&D Insiders?

Delta are you secretly a Hoarite?

And any way, wasnt he known as Assuran in Chessenta?

Aye, Chessentans had a bunch of different names for some of the gods of their localised pantheon. It was believed to be headed by Lathander with Chauntea as his consort whom they called Ceres. Also Bahamut was called Marduk, Milil was called Thalia, and Helm was known as Janus.

I wasnt sure, I know he went by Assuran in Unther, and around the Sea of Fallen Stars. Some interesting stuff there Suin. I didnt know that Marduk and Bahamut were one and the same. Thatdoes make sense though given thier enmity towards each other. Wasnt that the first Deicide in the Realms, Tiamat killing Marduk?

Gruumsh commited the first known Deicide during the Orcgate Wars.

No Silver, not a Hoarite. I just want to see new lore on the God.

I wouldn't be so bold to say the first diecide was Tiamats murder of Marduk, countless dieties must have done battle before they did, especially when the War of Light and Darkness is accounted for.

I am curious what they've done to the Chessenta area now they have been surrounded by "aliens" i.e. the dragonborn of Thymanter to the east, the Imaskari to the south and the Akanul genasi realm in their midst. Does the area still have the greco-roman feel?

Ahhh ok, so who was it that Gruumsh killed? Or are you going to make me look it up?

-1071 DR during the Orcgate Wars Gruumsh killed RA. According to page 62 in LEoF. That was the first 'known' Deicide in the Realms.

Now as Suin said 4E 'might' have retconed that or revealed hidden lore about Deicides from before that in the Realms.

I was looking foward to that Eye on the Realms article, but this Chessenta article is pretty good, lots of interesting stuff. Theres a new god to add to the pantheon, Tchazzar, exarch of Tiamat. I believe this is the first addition to the list since the campaign guide came out, ussually gods who were left off the list were revealed to be some other god or not a god at all but an archfey or primordial or whatever. And Entropy is a Primordial!? Ok I guess that makes sense, IIRC in past source books Entropy was a guise used by Tiamat to gain more worshipers, mostly in House Karanok, so now that theres a giant sphere of annhiliation floating above Chessenta, and their "god" is proven to be very real, they must be quite pleased with themselves. And Sebakar sounds pretty interesting, thats one nasty Archfey, although I think theres an error there for his symbol, its listed as being the exact same symbol Entropy uses. Im guessing its something more like this:

I also like the fact that titles of the priests of these various beings are listed. That was something I was never quite sure on in 4e Realms, would Primordials, Archfey, etc. still be worshiped as gods like they were in the past? Judging from this article I would say yes, yes they are.
All in all a very informative article, Good job Brian! and to Mike Schley! Thats a beautiful map, I hope to see more like it!
The Old Empires live again!!!

So how many "single direst threat to the mortal world" do we have?

"Sorry, Entropy but while you were sleeping a long line has formed. Shar and Cyric just had their turn, but Eldest, your other sleeping primordial pal we better not stir in the upcomming special LFR adventure and dozens others are first in line. If all goes as planned you can have your try in 100 years and now sit down on the bench until you're called up"

Just one.

Entropy, by itself, is a direct threat to the World.  It doesn’t need followers of any kind to carry out its plans.  For example, Shar needs mortal & divine agents to enact her main goals. One of which is the total dissolution of the cosmos.  (With her being the only thing left)  Entropy sits there and consumes everything.  We are talking about plants, minerals, animals, beings of all types, the very air itself, deities, and perhaps other primordials.  No agents required.

Nothing? Well then I agree, Bah!
Come on Wizards, its been almost 3 Years now, we deserve something, not just Hoar, but all the exarchs. All they get is a list in the campaign guide, no description, channel divinity feats, not even any domains, come on already! Have there been any thing on the lesser gods or exarchs in any Dragon or Dungeon issues?

So is how big is Entropy and is she on the Prime material plan?

Wasn't Entropy linked to Shar? Like an Aspect?

I dont think it gives an actual size for Entropy, but Id imagine its huge, like miles across, and getting bigger! And yes it is on the Prime Material Plane. And A link to Shar would make sense, but I dont remember anything stating anything about a connection. The Karanoks worshiped Entropy as a god, but were actually recieving spells from Tiamat, im not exactly sure where I read that at, Ill check around and see if I cant find that source.

When Entropy was imprisoned the goddesses decided to use the poor primordial.  For their own personal gains of course.  Now it would either temporarily align with Shar or flat out consume her.  As for  Tiamat, I think she is wise enough not to make pacts with this primordial.

I'll have to check this one out, from what I'm hearing, it sounds like Brian used little tid-bits of older lore in there. Sounds very cool, even if it does not feature Hoar in it.

Made a heraldic shield for House Karanok, going by the 3e Lords of Darkness book, I came up with this:
