Youve got me very interested in it. When you get your copy let us know whats in it. Im guessing its a guide for the video game, or possibly Volo's Guide to Baldurs Gate repackaged or something.

I believe one of the James brothers or Mr. De Bie said that he never heard of this one either which means it was likely canceled....
I am guessing that it was one of those unlucky items that had the dubious distinction of being printed shortly before 3rd edition was released and therefore had a very limited production run.

It existed, but is not a D&D source book. It's a strategy guide for Bioware's computer game Baldur's Gate.
As a side note, Baldur's Gate was an amazing computer RPG series - Durlag's Tower from the first game's expansion is perhaps the greatest dungeon crawl to ever exist, and Baldur's Gate 2 was just awesome across the board.

Sure, I just think people were generally wanting to know exactly what it was, and if it existed at all, from someone who had a copy in real life. Some people were convinced that it didn't exist, and that it was just one of those planned things that gets posted on the internet and yet never gets published. Happens, sometimes.

Tell me about it. I'm still waiting for my Book of Glamour for Changeling: The Dreaming. Damn thing is still listed on Amazon. They announced it a DECADE ago!
