Yes in the book, Barjin's can use it to see with, it has some type of cone of frost and when it hits it bites the person.

So the question which was poorly writen is,
What type of damage does it do?
Is there a magic weapon that is the same as the screaming maiden in 4e?
Any other cool stuff it does?
etc.

Jun 19, 2009 7:30:46 From 4e PHB there are vicious weapon and frost weapon properties, from the Adventurers Vault there's bloodiron weapon (cause the mace was forged in the inner planes).
Just speculating.
