They are trying, but the site owner is currently looking into alternative hosts, so it may be a long time before Candlekeep returns (migrating would require copying the database, etc). So the ETA on a fix is uncertain.

Last time this happened I believe that the reason was that the server the site was on had some problems and was not related directly to Candlekeep. Though I think the last down-time was only about 12 hours or so. So far, it's been since Friday and that doesn't bode well I fear. I had a lot of homebrew information on that site and I hope that it's up and running sometime soon. If not, party on the Wizbro boards!!!! Wooley will have to re-new his account |

Part of the problem appears to be that there are too many open threads on the database, but the host is so far proving unhelpful.
