I sent in a question about the Chessentia Regional Benefit to WotC customer support and thought I'd share the answer here in case anyone else runs into it.

My question:

"Chessenta Regional Benefit is "When you spend an action point to take an extra action, you gain a +1 bonus to all rolls made during the action granted". I was wondering how this worked with damage exactly.
When a character with this feat uses an action point, attack and hits:
1. With a weapon and sneak attack damage, does he add 1 total or 2 to the damage (1 for the weapon roll and 1 for the sneak attack roll)?
2. With a Thundering Weapon where he decides to use the daily power to deal an extra 1d8 thunder damage, does he add 1 total or 2?
3. With a critcal using a non-magic weapon, does he add 0 or 1? (with a critical you get max damage and there is no "roll" per se)
4. With a critical using a magic weapon, do you get an extra 1 for the critical dice on top of whatever your answer to 3 was?
Thanks."

The answer:
"Hi Scot,

Thank you for contacting us. The answers to your questions are below:

When a character with this feat uses an action point, attack and hits:
1. With a weapon and sneak attack damage, does he add 1 total or 2 to the damage (1 for the weapon roll and 1 for the sneak attack roll)?
-- He adds 1 Total to the damage because the sneak attack damage is part of the original damage roll.

2. With a Thundering Weapon where he decides to use the daily power to deal an extra 1d8 thunder damage, does he add 1 total or 2?
-- He adds 1, again because the extra damage is included in the original damage roll

3. With a critcal using a non-magic weapon, does he add 0 or 1? (with a critical you get max damage and there is no "roll" per se)
-- 0 No roll to add anything to.

4. With a critical using a magic weapon, do you get an extra 1 for the critical dice on top of whatever your answer to 3 was?
Yes you do.

I hope this information is useful. Please let me know if you need anymore help!

Good Gaming!"

Pretty much what I expected, although I thought the question about the critical with a non-magic weapon could have gone either way.
