I thought it was going to be a fairly regular column, but there only seems to have been a few and I can't find others that were promised in previous articles.
From now on, they want us to pay for their ads - why give us for free what they can hold back until the DDi is... well... anything.

Well the Dragon and Dungeon Magazines worked reasonably well for June. And the articles were pretty decent.
I really have to agree here--I liked some of the Dragon articles so far.
I haven't been checking the boards in a while, so maybe I missed this answer already, but does anyone know if there's going to be any more Countdown to the Realms articles?
-I asked Rich a few weeks ago, and he said he didn't know, as he doesn't know the people who handle that stuff. But, as MT said, being as that the FRCG is going to be out in a few weeks, I wouldn't expect to see any more Countdown to the Realms overview articles. There's an online DRAGON article about Cormyr, but, other than that...

I've read over the general stuff. I guess I'm looking forward to seeing what's going on with various locales beyond "the world as you know it is gone."
When I initially saw the 100-year jump I wasn't too keen on the idea, but a few things I read since then have at least made it seem interesting. Give the years I've invested in the Realms, I may hate it, of course, but I'm still game to giving it a try.
For instance, I like the idea of Halruaan survivors becoming mercenaries based on skyskips.

I too am looking forward to the Cormyr article! We're well under way in the 4E Realms in my home campaign and we're based out of Cormyr.
It will be good to have more Cormyr information to help build up my 4E FR game.

Sorry, on another thread I mentioned the coming side-effects of LFR being canon resulting in Teh Pwnzor reaching godhood and Szass Tam being killed by Bobby the Wondermage. It was a completely out of left field comment, and there was no particular reason you should have understood it.

I'd expect something in the "August and Beyond" article (assuming we get one, we had one for both June and July). I'd also say there's a good possibility we'll get a Dragon article in August. After September I am hoping for a LOT of articles on FR.

Ugh, I don't eat that either... the smell of salt and lard are just too overwhelming to ever actually eat it. Add in the smell of chile verde or pizza on top of it, and its just more than I can take...

-I barely have the ability to use chopsticks. Rin can attest to this. It took me some effort to be able to pick up a chunk of chicken, and eat it. I contemplated attempting to eat some rice with chop sticks, but thought better of it. Cole slaw is far beyond my ability, I won't fool myself.

1. I actually do eat a lot of gourmet food, I just eat junk food as well. I eat everything, and I never get fat.:D
