#5 markustay63 Aug 03, 2008 15:25:23	Do you mean like how I predicted that D&D was becoming more like other, less lore-intensive games like Heroscape and Dungeon, and the rules were likening to a Warband-based miniatures game, like Necromunda or Warmachine. The Reaper Warlord game also had cards - and I played that and Warmachine, using clear-plastic card-protectors and dry-erase markers to track damage and effects. Very efficient and highly playable format for a miniatures game. Nothing new here, AT ALL. :P

I was referring to the concept that someone else pitched (RedWiz?), where they'd start using cards, like in M:tG, or Pokemon TCG.
#7 SoulCatcher78 Aug 03, 2008 15:44:38	Enough people said that they'd purchase power cards (not to mention designed their own and posted them online) that wotc noticed. Price seems reasonable (if the $9.99 is for a completed set (2 decks for each class)).
