Yes, it is an Eberron article but I was very intrigued by the sidebar which suggested places to convert this city in the Realms, including Silverymoon, central Baldur's Gate or Scornubel among others.
I found the suggestions simple but sound, it wouldn't be very hard to incorporate Fairhaven. As an Eberron article it's great! Some good info, with the promise of more to come.
As a FR article it offers nothing in the way of Realmslore but does offer you a reasonably detailed city to use as you will, either as a substitute for an existing but lightly detailed city or as an unfamiliar location with which to surprise your lore savvy PC's.
