Is anyone able to determine which year the first Stormweather Towers (as described in The Halls of Stormweather) was destroyed? The Forgotten Realms Timeline isn't accurate, and I haven't found any time-specific clues in the novel itself, such as the age of a character or anything similar.

Maybe try Grand History of the Realms?

Unfortunately, it's not in the Grand History.

[note: made the counting backwards]

I havent read most of the "Gateway to the Realms" books, so i may be missing some crutial details, but this what i gathered from what i read.

All the stories in "The Halls of Stormweather" (THoS) happen in the winter of 1371 DR.

Perivel Uskevren, Thalamons older brother died on the fire that consumed Stormweather Towers, 40-odd summers before, as told in pg.9 of THoS; that places the fall between 1322 DR and 1330 DR.

Pg 11 of THoS states that Thalamon was mere months into his adultwood when the fall hapenned, and pg 6 of THsS states that he is over 60 years in 1371 DR (couldnt find a more precise number for his age), which means that he could only be 18 (assuming this is the adult age in the realms) between 1322 and 1328 DR.
