... something pretty important... oh wait! I know what it was!

Where the heck are the monster templates? We are suppose to have Spellscared critters, PlagueCritters... We have no Genasi Base Monster stats... We have all these things that were suppose to be added, and where the heck did they go?

The LEAST I expected was to have a template for the Plague Creatures. That itself is just pretty gosh darn important.

Did I just miss them in the books, or did they just actively forgot it, like they planned on having a MM for the FR, but then overlooked it? Or did they stick it in the Module, and you have to get the Module for the template?

I mean, there's a lot they need to put in the books, I understand... but leaving out monsters they specifically reference was pretty sloppy.

You can find some of what you are looking for on pages 264-267 of the Forgotten Realms Campaign Guide. It's not much but should be enough for you to start making templates for your own creatures.

Sep 17, 2008 20:42:23 just look at the spellscared class of a certain level, and throw it on the monster, then make it look uglier. Bake at 450 for 23 mins, and you have a Plague changed creature.
