Page 74 in the entry about Cyric, it is stated that it was defeated by Tyr, Lathander and Sune.

But Tyr and Lathander are no more in the list of forgotten realms gods page 80-81.

Is it an error, or is there something I did not understand?

It would be cool if I could ever get a book of the Gods actually doing battle with each other. I would find it much more intresting to see what spells or divine magic they use in battle rather than a simple sword fight with a bunch of orcs.

Lathander changed his manifestation to become Amaunator after the battle.
Tyr, either left Toril or was killed defending his dominion after the spellplague started, I can't remeber which, but I believe it was the latter

Yep. Tyr didn't die til after Cyric was imprisoned. Likewise, Lathander didn't become Amaunator til after Cyric was imprisoned.

-Tyr was killed fighting off a Demon invasion in the 'Upper Realms'. Rich is currently getting back to us about what exactly "Upper Realms" means- northern Faerûn, somewhere in the "heavens", neither...
