Unfortunately the article only gives them stats as monsters not a PC race, but it should be easy to work up, just mix human and dragonborn together, maybe replace humans bonus feat with the Dragonborn's breath attack? That doesnt really seem too balanced though? Still a pretty interesting article, and I just might have to use the DreadHood in my next game. These articles just keep getting better and better! Id still like to see some Saurials in there!

Im not liking the Essentials classes, it seems to limiting to me, like at this level you get this ability, at that level you get that ability, It feels like to me that theyre taking alot of the choices away! I liked 4e the way it was, I hope they dont Essentialize everything! Of course I liked 3e the way it was too... And wait a minute! Youve totally derailed this topic! This is supposed to be about Ed's new article! Lets talk about that! Although its not the most original race to be put into the Realms, I still think its a good article and has some interesting fluff in it. I feel bad for these guys, especially once the PCs realize all the stuff they can do with their blood!
