I want to have players go to a bazar and overhear a lot of differnet ones some that they might know and others that they might not but can identify with knowledge skills maybe. |

Some of those are spoken in places eradicated in the 2008 setting, others were folded into the simplified 4E language scheme. Then there's drow and gnomish; the demihuman languages have dialects but they mostly haven't been named in print. The most extensive presentation of Realms languages and dialects is Tom Costa's article "Speaking in Tongues" in Dragon Annual #4. I think there are relatively few places where you'd hear a real babel of tongues -- where's your bazaar situated? |

Those are the others from Ronin Challenge, minus T'u (which is just a dialect of Shou). Bedine should also be listed, but it's probably just a badly-changed dialect of Midani (as Muhjuri should be). And I realize you said "no way complete". :P |
