famous fallen monsters include Maeldur et Kavurik (archon?, source Hellbound: The Blood War), Malkizid (Champions of Ruin), Baalzebul (lord of the Nine, many sources), Zalatian XXIII (Hellbound, trumpet archon), Gog and Kubriel (LN sword archon bodyguards of Zadara the Titan, Faces of Sigil), Alusiel (trumpet archon, rules a city in the Abyss, Faces of Evil), Cirily (CN eladrin, Planarist sect, Faces of Sigil), Zipporath the Digger (deva, Taker, Factols Manifesto) ...

there are risen fiends also like Felthis ap Jerran etc.

Xenghara wasn't actually a fallen celestial. He was always a yugoloth, and when he became an altraloth, the hags who aided his transformation gave him the physical appearance of a solar, almost like a sick joke. Xenghara didn't appreciate it apparently, and upon the expiration of his bound service to them he slaughtered each and every one of them.

The Maeldur et Kavurik was likely some manner of archon (as they're the only celestial race with teleportation abilities, and the fiends collectively gained it via hijacking that power through the Maeldur), though his description had him as emerald skinned, which might suggest that he was a planetar, or perhaps (in my opinion) a now vanished race that predated the archons (since the archons didn't exist till after mortals did, and the time scale is so ancient that it easily could have happened before then).

And the Maeldur was responsible for granting teleportation to the yugoloths, baatezu, and tanar'ri (but not others like the obyriths, ancient baatorians, kytons, loumara, etc).

Technically the term "angel" postdates their existance IC. Gods didn't exist at the time those events happened, though they've been added to later versions of the myth (with the names of what gods were involved often changing to fit the pantheon of whoever tells the myth).

The erinyes (and the original baatezu) were originally a LN race (or races) ignorant of Good and Evil prior to Asmodeus's corruption (be it via exposure to the Obyriths he'd been tasked to fight, or potentially their makers the baernaloths). The erinyes conceivably might share a common ancestor with the now extinct aphanacts of mechanus (an expansionist LN race of "angelic" beings, mentioned in Dragon 341).

A'kin, had him before in one campaign, but it's better to have his alignment as mystery, not NE, he had hidden inner personality struggles, and PCs weren't sure whether he helped or manipulated them
