| #1Keith53Nov 15, 2011 17:27:44 | So I tried searching (this forum) and checking references, and I have not found any insight as what happened to Dumathoin in 4E. I do not see any signs a FR author has written about him post Spellplague. Any thoughts? Thanks. Keith |

If I were a betting man, I would say that the developers said hi was an aspect of Grumbar the primordial lord of earth. but its cheap of an explanation. close enough to be the same does not make itso. as to his fate, he's either a primal spirit, a god or an aspect of Grumbar. I'd like to think he's a god still and his omission was an accident. |

I like that bit, screwing with the mortal's believes. He's an 'avatar' or interpretation of Grumbar, like how paganist cultures of Europe saw the gods of others (ending with syncrtism) or Hinduist's take on gods all around. |
