My favorite one now has to be: Feck.
I so like using fark or feck I'm even starting to use it in real life.
I have no 'cuss words' at my gaming table, because I tend to run games for people under 18.
That being said, I believe there is at least one 'official' one in FR - the Orcish word for 'Dwarf' is also their word for crap - I think "dlin-something".
Whatever - I forget which source that was from - but it means 'Fecal matter' in Orc (and not that politely, either).
My one player who was a air genasi windwalker of Shaunakul (and total drunk) would always shout "By the Balls of Bane!!!" It always made me laugh.
LOL! Reminds me of Kelgar Ironfist from NWN2, who'd exclaim "By Tyr's right buttock!" every once in a while. :D
Not canon Realms, but added it after a mIRC thingy named "Panda Sex Discussion Room.";p

And then there's the ever-popular SNAFU, and I've heard dozens of great interpretations as to what it stands for.

-Never. I haven't created fantasy profanities for my setting, though, other than Faerûnian Elven, which is spoken there. So, maybe that's something I'll do.

Well, the F*** word is universal, as is a certain gesture that corresponds with it. However if you are making fantasy-specific insults make sure to take into account the background of the region.
For example, the dead spider gesture since spiders are so sacred to Drow. So I guess a way to insult an elf would be to do the old "chinese-japanese" trick and slant your eyes or maybe pull up your ears to insult elven ears.
However, a sure formula to create insults as demonstrated before in the thread, is to take the name of a god or hero and then add something profane after it, and to spice it up add a creative adjective. Ex. By Corellon's codpiece, or Moander's rotting behind, or "by the covered-up slit-wrists of Drizzt.":D
