I dont know who is in charge of any of that stuff or anything so if this is not the best place to put this, sorry.

(1) Some Forgotten Realms books do not have art galleries but others do. Why?

(2) The art gallery for Cormyr: The Tearing of the Weave is spelled wrong. It says "Corymyr".

WotC just never got to them. You will find that most of them are earlier FR books from 3e such as Lords of Darkness, Silverymoon, Magic of Faerun, etc. There are perhaps a few from more recent books. Others have asked a similar question but I don't recall anyone ever getting an answer.

This is as good a place as any, though you might want to post on the Ask the Designers thread or contact WotC directly. Same for the typo Corymyr.

The typo has been flagged numerous times to WotC in the past but no action was ever taken (obviously).

That particular problem is beyond the expertise of their current computer gurus. :P

As for the Art Galleries - some of them are 'hidden' in weird places. For instance, there is one for Serpent Kingdoms, but you will only find the link wih the SK preview.

-Heh, it's spelled wrong. I wonder how long that's been like that...

-Well, all in all, I am very happy that WotC provides those art galleries in the first place.

To be honest, I am surprised as hell that they haven't made those DDi-only content, along with all those wonderful free downloads they provide.

And yes, I certainly appreciate all the artwork (and have most it on my Hardrive at this point... just in case).

-Another thing that I'm happy they still offer all of the stuff they still offer for free, for free. It doesn't look like any of the 4e books will get galleries like that, given plenty of time has passed.

Now you see, thats a damn shame.

I would have loved to do another hundred or so avatars for this site using the new artwork (as I did in the past), but since only a tiny portion of it is available (in those previews), I haven't bothered.

That, plus the address I use to have to send them doesn't work anymore. It seems that whoever job that was is now gone, and at this point Avatars are no-ones job.

-Makes sense, given the...way the website and boards are run. Can you even tell me who is in charge anymore? ;)
