Interestingly, the free miniature that comes with it (The Paladin, Isteval, who appears to be one of the main characters) is "a heroic Paladin of Lathander" (rather than Amaunator). And the Flag on the cover of the Adventure appears to contain Lathander Holy Symbols (i.e. rising sun rather than full, completely circular sun):
I hope that sometimes after Gen Con, Ghost of Dragonspear Castle will be available for sales in either paperback or PDF format. A level 1-10 mini campaign and an overview of Daggerford is a product i would buy in a snap.
