So I was a epic Heartwarder of Sune in 2nd.  DM ended the world and now it's in 4th cannon.  I am working my cleric over as a Heartwarder in 4th.  Is it worth it?  Cha isn't optimized for Clerics in 4th.  I love this pc and the fluff behind him.  It's been a lot of fun.  Also does anyone know if manuals/wishes exist still in 4th for stat increases or do I just take what i rolled originally and hope they match what I had?

My original stats where awesome.  Pissed the DM off lol.  Rolled:  18, 18, 17, 16, 16, 15.  If I take that in 4th i'd go:  str 17, dex 15, con 16, int 16, wis 18, cha 18, and at max lv. 30 (which I was in 3rd) it's be:  str 23, dex 17, con 18, int 18, wis 30, cha 24.  In 4th all my stats would be lower because I don't have the wishes or the manuals.

I'd be 30th lv Cleric/Heartwarder/Chosen.  This work still in 4th or will I be punished for following RP instead of maximizing?

Nope, I havnt seen any magical tomes that up your stats in 4e, no more cursed items either Frown

Still they could definatly be houseruled back in there. I say go for it. A Cool back story and roleplaying should always trump optimization IMO.
