I don't know how I could use the adventure path in the FR because of the raven queen. How does it work to replace her with Kelemvor and keep the whole shadowfell think around death's reach working? Any ideas?

Are you talking about the adventure Keep on the Shadowfell? If so, I believe there is a conversion PDF to run it in the Forgotten Realms available for free here on the site, though I don't know where the link is. When I'm not at work, I'll try to find it and post it.

If your not talking about that adventure path, then I'm not sure which one your referring to.

Yes, I'm talking about that adventure path. I already know the conversion of Keep on the Shadowfell as well as Thunderspire Labyrinth. But my problem lies within the epic tier adventures of this adventure path, for example how to change the events of Death's Reach for making them fit the FR. Especialy I have no idea how to replace the Raven Queen with Kelemvor, while keeping the story still work. Main problem is Kelemvor doesn't resides in the shadowfell as the Raven Queen does. As well as some other minor changes...

You could use Shar instead of the Raven Queen, perhaps Orcus is trying to get her out of the way to he can have sole dominion over the Undeath domain.

Make the Raven Queen an Exarch of Kelemvor. She resides in the Shadowfell. The question is can Kelemvor have Exarchs or not.

Of course he can. He already has Jergal. One more shouldn't hurt, even if she doesn't live in his homeplane.

It isn't a question if Kelemvor can have one, the question is does he want an exarch.  Making the Raven Queen an exarch is a good idea.  Or you could just keep Kelemvors realm in the Shadowfell.  After all, what most mortals (the players) know about the realms of the gods is based off dogma.

Even if he didn't, all the OP has to do is snap his fingers and make it so. Tongue outActually, in my own game, I introduced a homebrew Lesser Power to help Kelemvor, whose function was quite similar to the Raven Queen's. I haven't incorporated it into KotS, but it's provided me with a few hooks on its own.

I really dont see any major issue here. I suggest that you keep kelemvor in the adventure. You have an epic party, while saving an exarch is a great accomplishment, saving a greater god from death and stopping orcus from corrupting his domain (and everyone's soul) and become the new god of the dead in the realms sounds way more epic to me.

All of E1's travels are made through portals so I see no harm in converting letherna in shadowfell to fugue plane in astral sea, just a different location. Frcg mentions that fugue plane has connections to the shadowfell anyway.

A probable storyline starts with the spellplague altering the path of souls. Now they must pass through shadowfell before reaching the crystal tower for judgement. Thats an importance difference, and it was made clear by all kinds of god-given visions and dreams to kelemvorites more than 100 years ago. The persistent nature of these dreams started a long debate among the clergy. Some insisted that they were showing them a new peril, the souls crossing the shadowfell were vulnerable. The shadowfell can be easily reached now by many powers that could exploit the souls for their own purposes.

They decided to live their remaining days in the Shadow guarding the river of souls, guiding it to the crystal tower. They needed a base of operations serving as a beakon of power to the souls as well. Thus Zvomarana, the temple of temples, was founded. A ritual of transportation was created for followers who wanted to leave the realms and serve the god in this important mission ( a copy the pcs get as well in the adventure's beggining). Kelemvor saw their courage, their devotion and was pleased. He gifted them with a portal that leads from zvomarana to his own domain. Now blessed champions serving in zvomarana could seek counsel from the god, take courage to continue their divine mission and the assurance that they will be rewarded when their judgement comes.

Raiding zvomarana is essential to Orcus. He destroys Kelemvor's agents in the shadowfell so his cultists may continue their plundering in death's reach. He takes over the teleportation circle where the ritual leads so he can ambush and quickly dispatch any reinforcements. The loss of zvomarana's beacon for the souls allows more and more of them to get lost, divert from the right path and end up in death's reach. Moreover the destruction of zvomarana is symbolic to kelemvor's clergy. A holy place has been desecrated, a divine mission has failed. This defeat can place the seed of doubt in many doomwardens across faerun thus weakening the judge of the dead even further. A proper prelude to the appearance of the new Master of the Dead, lord orcus.

I have wrestled with this question for some time in my own campaign.  Most of the current characters have developed a connecttion with Selune through play, and the Shadovar and Shar play major roles as atagonists.  I plan on having the characters join an eladrin blade, a Selune moon blade, and a shadow blade into a final God killing artifact.  I believe I am going to take the direction of having Selune and Shar be different manifestations of the same being, eternally fighting for dominance.  The Raven Queen will end up being the joint being that resovles from the conflict due to near defeat at the hands of Orcus and th Ashen Cult (?).  I must admit that I have always disliked the Kelemvor character (whom I will arbitrarily remove from the setting), which was quite shallowly developed in the early realms novels.  There does seem to be a hint in new 4th edition core setting that the Raven Queen over threw a previous God of Death.  My next campaign may ressurect Mystra as the weave reconciles to the presence of shadow magic and Shar's cult fades to be replaced with the Raven Queens.  The return of Helm in some form could provide another arc.

She did overthrew Nerull, as explained in Dungeon #171.

Haven't jumped into any old or new source to check but I did use Kelemvor in place of the Raven Queen in a side trek.  My main thing was to determine how to redescribe sections that maybe were more the Raven Queen and describe Kelemvore's Fugue Plane, which I have actually got into descriptions of when someone uses Raise Dead rituals.  That Plane with the Crystal Tower behind the wall, heh heh, where souls await their deliverance of faith (Good, Undecided, or Evil) that place where most travelers there, never return or are hearded into the afterlife.  I personally see some big differences but maybe thats just me.

You should be able to run those adventures 'as-is' simply by replacing the name. Per the LFR campaign guide, Kelemvor functions as the FR equivalent for the Raven Queen.

Alternately, you could just view Kelemvor and the Raven Queen as aspects of the same diety, i.e.:
Raven Queen (Nentir Vale)
Kelemvor (Forgotten Realms)
Wee Jas (Greyhawk)
etc.

Since most of the god related sections of the adventures don't even occur on the prime material plane, it wouldn't matter much which aspect was worshipped on your homeworld. You could just call her Raven Queen (your players are unlikely to complain).

Alternately, you could use Kiaransalee as a substitute (as she is also female, and had beef with Orcus).

Compare Kelemvore's Fugue Plane (FRCG p.63): "The Crystal Spire, a tower of glittering transparent rock, watches over the City of Judgment, a gray metropolis of the dead, in the otherwise flat and featureless Fugue Plane. From the Crystal Spire, Kelemvor and his seneschal, Jergal, judge the dead. Connections: Shadowfell"

with the Raven Queen's Letherna (MotP p.60): "Nestled as it is among the highest peaks of this jagged range, hers is a mighty stronghold, cut from black ice that sparkles with new snow. Towers thrust up from the maze of walls and graceful bridges, drawing the eye to the storm of souls spinning above her citadel. From this maelstrom of spirits, a grim procession descends through her gates, summoned to learn their final fates."

or even Wee Jas' Cabal Macabre: "Her domain takes the form of a huge and intricately carved ice castle, that glows with a pale light. Wee Jas' powers quell the bladestorm within a half mile of her location, allowing her to maintain her realm. Cabal Macabre is located on a huge, possibly infinite shard of black ice"
