looking at the new New Neverwinter campaign book, which I just recieved, I thought I could upgrade the Multi-class only class into a pseudo-Hybrid build.

As it is, the encounters and dailies tend towards a moderate damage level, but not huge amounts burst damage like a striker, with one melee off STR/DEX/CON, and one ranged arcane based of INT/WiS/CHA

neverwinter included a Spellscarred Theme for a PC to take as well.

so, a suggestion: The Spellscarred class in FRPC has the following additions

A Spellscarred is a form of Hybrid with another class. Any class may hybrid with it,, but instead f its hybrid features, It gains the hitpoints and features of the second class, but still must mix powers alternately with those o3f the Spellscarred class.  The Spellscarred choses a stat to base her spellscarred powers on.  Spellscarred attacks are split into Melee (based on STR/CON/DEX) and Ranged (Based on INT/WIS/CHA)

Note: None of these at-wills may be taken as an encounter by a half elf

To add more options, there are

3 At-wills:
Jolting blow: "you send a jolt of blue fire though your weapon as you strike the target"
Melee, weapon
Weapon + (str, dex, or con) Vs AC
1[W] + (stat) Fire damage, target is pushed back one square and falls prone.

Scouring Lash: A tongue of blue fire reaches out to strike your foe.
Arcane, Melee 2
(Stat) Vs Fortitude
1d8+Stat fire and force damage, slide target 1 square
This is the only power that can use any stat

Spellfire Blast: "a blast of raw magic springs from your outstretched hand, blasting your target and hindering his nearby allies"
Arcane, Ranged 10
Stat vs Reflex
1d6 + (Int/Wis/Cha) to target
If hit then, until the start of your next turn, for each enemy that starts its turn adjacent to the target, or moves adjacent to the target takes (Stat) Damage and is slowed until the end of their next turn. this field moves with the target, but can not affect the target

I alaways thought it was a mistake to make the Spellscarred multi-class, I should be able to play a Wizard/Theif with a spellscar power damnit!!! What I think they should of done is just made them feats, kinda like the Dragonmarks in Eberron.

But yeah you got a pretty good idea too, Hybrid-Spellscarred, why didnt I think of that!?

In reguard to Spellscarred, I am house ruling a bonus to Arcane, Insight, Perception and Nature skill checks depending upon the individual Character's Spellscar.  This house rule goes beyond the scope of my players knowledge.  It allows me as a DM a chance to throw in important details they might have missed otherwise and it also adds a mysterious interlude in the game and also how the player's idea of what Spellscars actual nature can be or how they might be able to utilize a Spellscar with feats, etc...
