-Information on Evermeet can be found in Elves of Faerûn. As for Evermeet now, it's the same as it ever was, but on the Plane of Faerie instead of the Prime Material Plane. A long time ago, I suggested using that city Mithsomethingorother (a free article from WotC) as the "new" Leuthilspar (one would have to change the name, of course).

I have an adventure arc I am working on which was going to tie into Evermeet, the rightful succession, and a secret organization known as the Golden Acolytes. The Golden Acolytes are led by a "highly" respected Sun Elf of Myth Drannor, who was disfigured during the spellplague years in defense of the people. Kymil Nimesin has only changed his name, and an unfortunate deal with the Abyss left him disfigured, but he has managed to market himself well. He is a dagger poised at the heart of any elven realms that would dare to place an "unsuitable" Lord upon its throne (he has become more ambitious with time). Rumors of an heir to Zaor and Amlaruil has rekindled a dream he long thought dead. The Council in charge of Evermeet will become his greatest tool, and some day the House of Nimesin will have the false dishonor placed upon it removed by the righteous.
Or at least that is the frame work. I think Kymil needs to be bat guano crazy, barely concealed beneath an air of perfect civility. He was too perfect a bastard to leave in the past.
On other notes I think the artwork of Mithrendain certainly captures in my mind what a Feywild Leuthilspar might look like, however the details of the society are too alien for a group of Eladrin originating on Toril, in my mind.

Well, it's my belief that Evermeet is probably in about the same geographic location that it's always been; it's just shifted into the Feywild, so if you sailed to that spot in the material plane, you'd go right "through" it without knowing it was there. I think it's fared well enough, although it's exposed to different threats... and old enemies of the elves who chased them out of Faerie 30,000 years ago, give or take. Anything more than that would be pure speculation on my part.

-My point was, nothing states that the locales on Evermeet have changed. All that has changed, that we know, if that the physical place is on the Plane of Faerie. As such, take the geography and locales on Evermeet that existed in past sourcebooks, and that's what exists there "currently". Until sources state that things change, we have to assume that they aren't/haven't/don't.
I'm sure that 100 years, for the people of Evermeet, would seem trivial. My bases for this is to build on where they are in the Feywild, the area around them and any significant things people have thought of about their situation.

Right, it isn't listed. I was looking for inspired minds to use that, add what we know of Evermeet from the past, and come up with ideas for it.
I like to think that Island was once a place the Dragons allowed their 'cattle' to graze - hence the name, 'Ever-meat'. :D
Then the animals became self-aware, and developed a civilization of their own, and killed-off their former masters.
Dragons still find Elf the tastiest meat of all, though.
