Dragon content becomes legal at the end of the month when they compile the full issue. If you look on the calendar for where it says "DRA:Issue Comp", that is when the Dragon for that month becomes legal. Sometimes they make changes in the compiled version and those changes do not make it into the individual articles. Only the compiled version is legal, so make sure to use that. |
