Hello,

I have been looking all over for a drow alphabet but the only one I came across did not seem to have anything to do with WotC or FR, but I'm trying to find something official.

Or do drow use Espruar?

I am asking because I have played an FR drow for about eight years and I want to get his named tattooed on me (with his House glyph ^^) but I want something official from WotC's FR world.

Thank you!

Edition may matter.  In 2e, there were a few drow tongues.  Now, drow speak Elvish.

To a point - past fluff if not contradicted may still applies.

Drow had.. a compelx status. In some books and novels, it was spoken of as a quite divergent dialect of Elvish, so... why not?
You may know the saying... A language is a dialect with an army.

So, it may be a case like Dutch compared to Low Germans dialects. Or ukrainian and Belarussian to Russian. maybe. Or not.

Per the FR Wiki: "Most drow speak a drow version of Elvish", so Espruar can safely be assumed (also discussed here). They also know Deep Speech (which also uses Espruar) and Drow sign language (no alphabet). However, I've hear rumor of High Drow runes, which likely use the Hamarfae alphabet.

I have played an FR drow for about eight years and I want to get his named tattooed on me (with his House glyph ^^)

Try here.

There was a Drow Handbook that contained House Symbols and some phrases.  Almmost believe it was 2nd Edition.
