This is my first time on this forum and id like to start my first thread about a particular character in R.A. Salvatores world, Kimmuriel Oblodra.
My question is: Does any know, or has anyone made a character sheet detailing Kimmuriel Oblodra's stats/feats/items, etc?
Even if its self made id love to see what you think is CR is and overall power, as well as what sort of psionic goodies you think he may have.

I would say he is higher than 11 or 12. He successfully fixed Artemis' gauntlet, an artifact.
By my guess he would be a lvl 18 Psion. Using the new laws he would be some mix of a Nomad and a Kineticist.
Jarlaxel has been given an approx CR20 and he was the leader of Bregan d'earth. Given both Jarlaxel and Kimmuriel have survived as the leaders of a renegade clan of drow no less tells me he must be of a similar CR level.

-This is not compelling evidence. What you have preceding this, about the item, is. That he is able to successfully be trusted by Jarlaxle, and juggle running Bregan D'aerthe does not necessarily mean that he is a high level NPC. It just means that Jarlaxle trusts him and/or he is able to run a "business" in a professional and beneficial manner.
a) most members of bregan have completed their schools of training and based on the description of melee magthere grads vs drizzt and battle for mithril hall Im guessing they have a decent level (guess ~8-10).
b) they are drow and thus assuming a large grp withing bregan and their chaotic nature Im guessing numerous would have tried to usurp the leadership while jarlaxel is away. These include the young beanre fighter. The fact that Kimmuriel has survived and still so cool in nature describes to me the relative ease he has maintaining control.
c) Restoring an artifact of signinficant power to functioning order would require a great lvl of power.
These are just my thoughts. No proof as there is little told about him.

In Eberron this claim would be true, yes.
In the Realmsof previous editions, though, lvl 12 chars were just incompetent dabblers. Not all of course. ;)
Anyway, Ishurial is right. I think Kimmuriel should be somewhere between lvl 15-19.

Lets not forget that Kimmuriel essentially has Jarlaxle at his back and beckon call should the rest of Bregan D'aerthe tend to get a bit uppity.
I believe that he should probably be of a higher level, but I agree that level has nothing to do with it and the guy could be 9th level and still be in the position he is.
