I'm starting a game campain and the PC's will run into one lust demon and [the lust demon is a lesser of what a Succubus is in the 3.5 D&D] which any first level can run into and get ep for with out the dying. Can any one help me come up with some stats for them Please?!?

Thematically, first level characters dealing successfully with any sort of demon or outsiders is a tall order. Demons are the sort of opponent you don't often face until the characters have a bit more adventuring under their belts.

Maybe start with a Tiefling base and add appropriate ousider hit dice and a few watered-down Succubus abilities. Think of them as novice alu-fiends.

Thank you, but they have asked for it and I have told them they are asking for more then they can deal with. I'll try it the way you pointed out!

Are you looking for stats for v3.5 or 4E? Regardless of edition, I'd say go Tiefling like Dark_Wizard suggests as an agent or entry level corruptor for the PCs. For v3.5, I'd say a few HD (possibly 3 to 5) with levels of Wizard, Rogue, or Bard. They play well to the Tiefling's +2 Dex, +2 Int modifiers and the wizard inparticular has a lot of creative spells to access. The rogue levels can help with the social part, adding as many ranks in Bluff, Diplomacy, and a few into Hide, Move Silently. I also don't see this guy being alone, possibly with some additional support (like 1st level warriors as Thugs).

If your looking for 4E stats, then I'd make it a level 1 elite skirmisher or controller. Still keep it as a tiefling, but give a few powers that target Will defense, or provided effects like Daze, Stun, or Dominate (I know, this one is STRONG) that allows it to control you out of Lust. I don't see this guy/girl getting into the mix unless the avenue of escape is long gone and it's a last ditch resort. In such a case, I'd feel the creature would attempt to be Diplomatic or solve the problem with words instead of spells or weapon, but if pressed it'll fight to the death to keep it's secrets.

I wanted to make a CR 1 that first levels could have fun fighting. That's why I asked for help. I got that idea from the Fiendish Codex.

I'm going to be runng a 3.5 game.

Without knowning the Party's makeup (classes, races, etc..) and if they're optimized or not, It'll be a little difficult coming up with an accurate enemy. The problem mainly with 3e's CR system is that a CR 1 is supposedly designed to challenge four 1st level characters and make them use up 1/4 their resources. So I guess a better question is do you want this encounter to be a bigger fight that takes out most of the PCs resources or just that, a EL 1 encounter?

There's one rouge, 2 fighters. one cleric, and two mages that make up the party. And their are 1 dwarf, two humans, one halfling and the rest are elves.

What is the CR of this creature. I don't have that book anymore.

Possible solution is the remove any positive ability modifiers from the creature's stat-block. Have them free it and it's in a weakened state. Now if they were to encounter it at 7th level then have it full strength.

I'm wanting to make one that is a CR 1, most Demon's are fully grown when a party come accross them, I was ask by the group to give them a Demon but if I give them one the lowist one is a CT 4, and they would not last fighting it.

Consider that victory wouldn't necessarily have to mean killing the demon.  "If they can just break the widget, the pulse of power released will banish any demon in the area...", etc.    The demon could potentially become one of those recurring villains in the campaign, not to be taken on directly until the higher level showdown!

If they want so bad, don't spend their motivation all in one fight at first level.  Make them work for it! They'll get a taste of what it means to come up against a demon at first level...give them some bruises, by all means!  But for the real prize they'll have to hunt this demon down!!

That sounds exciting to me!  Just mho though.

Thank you I will, and if you was near us I would invite you to join! I just hope it goes well as this will be my first time GMing a game.
