Hello and welcome all; step into my humble abode. This is a place where Red Wizards consort, Banites vie for power against powerful foes, and Harpers seeks to cleanse them all from the face of the Realms. Others gather here as well...from Dragon Cultists to the most righteous clergy of the gods.

The task is simple: Create an NPC for use in an ongoing Campaign. Selected candidates will be chosen for a cameo appearance in a Forgotten Realms game run by myself and several friends. Full credit will be given to the creators and their works of art.

The Rules:

- 32 Point Buy

- Characters must remain with an ECL 5-10 range with equipment and gear appropriate to their lvl. (Higher lvl NPCs will be accepted at a later date.

- Characters must be from a specified region in the Realms.

- Characters must be affiliated with some sort of power structure (Ie. Red Wizards, Harpers, etc.) [Actual Prestige Classes are encouraged]

- Regional Feat @ 1st lvl. is FREE (Ie. Characters will essentially have an extra feat available to them since their first lvl. regional feat will not count against their total feat selection)

- Characters are to be unique and creative.

- A detailed background must be provided as well as a brief description of the NPC (Attitude, looks, etc.)

- NPC Selection will be made once all slots have been filled, please post a general idea for your characters for review before actual submission.

With that, I bid you all good luck...

Personal Info: Curudin Ahmaquissar is the leading cleric of Erevan Ilesere in Silverymoon and Everlund and master of the secret elven Rogues guild known as "The Rogues of the Laughing Twilight" in the same cities.

He is known throughout the city as "The Mischiefmaker of Silverymoon" but none know that he is also the leader of the elven thieves guild. Curudin is extremely handsome even in the eyes of other elves. He is quick, witty, clever, charming, intelligent, alluring and has a completely chaotic disposition on life. He is a hedonist in every sense of the word and hardly ever has his eyes shut. Quick to laugh and even quicker to prank and trick everyone and anyone from the very powerful to the poor. He is very good in melee combat and has a tremendous amount of luck on his side. It is said by other elves who meet him that he is highly favored by his god Erevan.

Curudin is the consummate trickster, and the perfect, living mortal example of mischief incarnate! Change and excitement are the spices of his life, and he is always trying to reinvent himself and others, playing pranks that both amuse and enlighten.

Curudin has never been caught at anything involving thievery, pranking, tricking, games, wenching, scouting, shadowing, hiding, etc... etc... He runs the Midnight Gambol of Erevan every month and invites all who happen upon it.

He is wild, mischievous, independent, and utterly unpredictable, playing pranks on others for the sheer joy of it, and can be found deep in sylvan glades among the fun-loving subjects of the Seelie Court.

In the city of Silverymoon and Everlund his guild of elven rogues steal only from other thieves and give back to the proper owners half of what was initially stolen from them. They run out of town those thieves, and will even fight other rogues who try to set up shop in the city. So far they have never failed.

He owns 3 taverns in Silverymoon. One is for elves only, another is for mixed crowds, and the last is a brothel which fronts as a winery.

Curudin is known by Alustriel Silverhand and others of high rank in the city, but leave him alone for the most part for his efforts to run out other thieves entering the city. His tricks and pranks on the other hand push all who encounter him to the very edge of sanity and reason... even becoming violent! But not a single person can point a finger directly at him for anything linking him to these pranks and tricks.

He is also a well known adventurer and hero in the northlands, having spent most his life so far in absolute danger and peril. He is never one to be scared or frightened and usually laughs in the place of fear. His career has a long list of very worthy accomplishments, including stealing from Fzoul Chembryl, Semmemmon, The Vampire manshoon, Storm Silverhand, Mintipur Moonsilver, Alustriel Silverhand, Mirt the Moneylender, and countless other kings, warlords and the like. All of them have never been able to catch him as of yet.

He is most famous, or infamous, for his risky and daring thefts of other churches, temples and faiths, including those of Bane, Shar, Tyr, Helm, Talona, Auril, Mask, Torm, Grazz't, Beshabba, Tymora and others.

Just recently he was hired by Khelben Arunsun and The Moonstars to go on a extremely difficult mission to sneak into Shade Enclave and steal a item of invaluable price and proportion from the city of Shade and its leaders. The mission was successful and the item was stolen and laid into the hands of Khelben, but not without its losses. Curudin, being a Divine deciple of Erevan Ilesere couldn't help but play a wicked deadly trick on Prince Clariburnus and Prince Yder before making his daring escape in which he lost his prized dice almost at the cost of his life!

And to add to all this... as well as he is known, he is also just as unknown it seems, and he prefers to keep it that way as long as possible. He is quick to laugh and has a very healthy sense of humor... sometimes light and frivolous, and other times dark and sardonic.

As of 1375 he has been seen moving between Silverymoon and Waterdeep, and has been spotted spending a great deal of time with Elaith "the serpent" Craulnober and Fox-at-Twilight as of late.

Last night, Khelben Arunsun, having seen them at the Hidden Dagger tavern, quietly said to himself that Elaith would do well to frequently check his belongings, and to never underestimate the chaotic power of a wicked Prank or Trick; Especially one performed by Curudin Ahmaquissar!!

Here's the guild members in short... "The Rogues of the laughing Twilight"

Curudin Ahmaquissar: Male Moon elf (stats above)

Laeirlefain Starleaf: Male Copper elf, Rogue 5/ Swashbuckler 8/ Street fighter 2

Mitzlevexven Leafbower: Male Moon elf, Rogue 5/ Wizard 5/ Magical Trickster 3

Azdeim Insilnarufen: Male Quickling (fey), Rogue 5/ Wizard 5/ Daggerspell mage 3

Seareghade Shimmerstar: Male Moon half elf, Illusionist 13/ Arcane Devotee 2 of Erevan Ilesere

Terrindill Shaelarra: Male Gold elf, Rogue 6/ Shadowdancer 6 (Shadow walker template)

Cepheus Nightsong: Male Star elf, Bard 16/ Uncanny Trickster 1

Shen-Shen Lhundlar: Female Gold half elf, Rogue 5/ Infiltrator 10

Quintillis Iliathor: Male Moon elf, Rogue 10/ Thief Acrobat 5/ Divine Seeker 2

Nym Nightsong: Male Star elf, Rogue 5/ Wizard 5/ Shadow Adept 4

Saffrathila Winterbough: Female Copper elf, Rogue 5/ Sorcerer 5/ Daggerspell mage 2

Zallathel Amarillis: Male Moon elf: Rogue 5/ Wizard 7/ Mage-killer 5

Filanelendil Winterbough: Male Copper elf: Rogue 7/ Tempest 5/ Temple Raider of Erevan Ilesere 3

All are followers of Erevan Ilesere and are very devoted to each other, mischief and the city of Silverymoon and Everlund. Their pranks range anywhere from making livestock talk, giving a bad stench to someone, turning somebody the colors of Erevan, freezing the bath water of a noble while they were bathing, animating objects to dance and sing, subtly cutting the belt of a warrior so it falls when they reach for their weapon, turning a persons wine or ale into milk or sand, Altering the appearance of someone to look like a Satyr, casting a spell to make a Bard sound like a bugbear, etc... etc..

But also, they are called upon to search and locate ancient elven artifacts and treasures long lost before falling into the wrong hands. And if powerful elven artifacts do fall into the wrong hands then they are also called upon to act as elven assassins to search, find and destroy these wizards and sorcerers who would weild the ancient elven magic. But keep in mind, they do so their own way, on their own terms, for their own reasons, which always lead back to Erevan Ilesere, and the ways of his dogma.

As of early 1374 they are in the employment of Khelben Arunsun and working with the Moonstars towards major events soon to come in the year. They have found "The Shattering Swords of Coronal Ynloeth" along with his Bracer, as well as The ancient Dwarven weapon "Twinblades Alight".

Great work on both the character and his history GEV. You and I haven't really spoken on here in quite a while; but I'm glad you were the first to particiate here. I know your work and your words are of high regard, and I appreciate such a post. Thank you. I'll keep you posted as to how things go...

Two simple questions though:

-Where is the Mischiefmaker from
-Is Ereven Ilesere in the FR Campaign Setting? He seems like an interesting deity, and a fun plot twist...

Description Sir Adjantis was born and raised in Cormyr and has been a devout follower of the maimed god since his early adulthood. When he was fourteen, he and five other friends were delving into an abandoned house, searching for treasure. While looking around, they came upon a door. Adjantis happened to be the first to touch the handle and was seized by a powerful flesh to stone spell trap. As the spell went through his hand and up his arm, there was a blinding flash of divine power and there stood before him an angel. The angel spoke to him and laid before him Tyr's will and hope that he would follow the righteous god in many dark trials ahead. Reverently Adjantis agreed and he was released from the deadly spell, but not without a scar. His right hand, now a clutching fist, to the middle of his forearm was still stone with the symbol of Tyr etched in the top of his hand. At just over six feet, he's an imposing man in his armor with dark black hair and a stern viasge that brooks no dispute, espically about legal matters. He's fair but unyielding in his judgment to those he sees as unlawful rule-breakers. Recently he's joined the ranks of the Knight's of Holy Judgment in hopes to further advance law and order and Tyr's will throughout the land.

Two simple questions though:

-Where is the Mischiefmaker from
-Is Ereven Ilesere in the FR Campaign Setting? He seems like an interesting deity, and a fun plot twist...

-The 2e Demihuman Deities and 3e Faiths and Pantheons has information on the deity. The former has more actual information, but the latter has better pictures.

-Elves of Faerûn has the most information on him, and has both information and pretty pictures (well, rather, it will).

-Let me share an NPC, and finagle it as much as possible into Realmsian. This is an NPC my characters had the (mis)fortune of meeting with, though they don't know his "secret":

Prince Troy is the eldest son of King Jordan III of Altathair. He has a younger sister and a younger brother, but he is in line to inherit the throne from his father, once he passes on. Unlike his father, who is a benevolent ruler, Troy is a vengeful and malevolent young man. Prince Troy, unbeknownst to his father, or most other people, has had political opponents killed. Troy respects the tenets and dogma of Bane, and has secretly worked with the hidden temples of Bane in the city.

Thank you very much for your kind words.

Are you asking where the Mischiefmaker is from, as in what elven settlement or community, or are you asking where the PrC is from?

And yes, Erevan Ilesere has been in the FR world since the end of 1ED, beginning of 2ED. By far, the most wicked cool deity in FR period! IMO.

The PrC...I've heard of it before; just can't remember where it's from. Any other info you can offer on the character & his group would be cool too- I totally want to make him a big part of our campaign, with your permission of course.

Thanks again GEV.

You're welcome LT

The Mischiefmaker

(specialty cleric of Erevan Ilesere)

The Mischiefmaker represents all that is chaotic and free. They bring change and excitement where ever they go be it for good or ill. They live on the edge in a constant state of self-reinvention. They thrive to puncture the self-righteousness, sanctimony, and pretension that pervades orderly society with mischievous pranks that both amuse and enlighten. They enjoy causing trouble for its own sake and have the ability to take care of themselves should a prank prove to be deadly or go awry. Most Mischiefmakers are Moon or Copper elves, but even Gold, Wild and Star elves take this class when the call of Erevan sings strongly in their hearts. Most Mischiefmakers are famous or infamous Rogue/Clerics in the favor of Erevan Ilesere and serve as his mortal right-hand. They are deadly-romantic in their charm and subtlety of skill. Brave and yet flighty. They are champions of trickery and modest in ability. To underestimate a Mischiefmaker is to court the surety of becoming the victim to an amusing, well thought, elaborate hoax that could end up costing you and being at your cost.

Hit Die: d6.

Requirements: To qualify to become a Mischiefmaker, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.

Race: Character must be a Elf or Half Elf.

Skills: Knowledge (religion) 6 ranks, Disguise 10 ranks, Disable device 10 ranks, Bluff 10 ranks, Hide 8 ranks, Move silently 6 ranks, sleight of hand 5 ranks.

Feats: Stealthy, Magical Fortune, Tempting Fate.

Spellcasting: Ability to cast 3'rd level Divine spells. Must have either the chaos, trickery or luck domain.

Special: +3d6 Sneak attack ability. Must have Erevan Ilesere as a Patron Deity.

Class Skills: Balance, Bluff, Climb, Concentration, Craft, Diplomacy, Disguise, Disable Device, Escape artist, Heal, Hide, Intuit direction, Jump, Knowledge (religion), Listen, Move silently, Open lock, Sleight of hand, Profession, Search, Spot, Tumble, Use magic device, Use rope, Wilderness lore .

Skill points at each level- 6 + Int mod.

Class Features:

Weapon & Armor Proficiency: Mischiefmaker's gain no proficiency with small or light weapons.

Spells per day: A Mischiefmaker's training focuses on divine magic. Thus, when a character gains a new level of MP, she gains new spells per day as if she also gained a level in whatever spellcasting class she belonged to before she added the prestige class. She does not however gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained.

Mock Law: At 1'st level the MM gains a +2 divine bonus on saving throws against any spell with the law descriptor, as well as the spell-like or supernatural abilities of outsiders. In addition the MM also gains a +2 divine bonus to the DC of all spells he casts with the chaos and trickery descriptor.

Improved pass without trace: At 1'st level the MM can use Pass without Trace as a spell-like ability twice per day. In addition, if a spellcaster attempts to track or locate the MM by magical means while this ability is in use, then they suffer a -2 penalty to their spells DC.

Alter appearance: At 2'nd level the MM can use Alter Self as a spell like ability twice per day.

Knock: at 2'nd level the MM can use Knock as a spell like ability twice per day.

Thwart magic trap: At 3'rd level the MM gains a +4 bonus on all Disable device and search checks made to locate, bypass or disable magic traps.

Sneak Attack (su): At 3'rd level the MM gains the sneak attack rogue ability. +1d6 dmg.

Mislead (sp): At 4'th level the MM gains Mislead as a spell-like ability twice per day. In addition, any Will save to disbelieve the figment double is made at a -2 penalty.

Polymorph other (sp): At 4'th level the MM gains Polymorph other as a spell-like ability twice per day.

Cloak of Chaos: At 5'th level the MM gains cloak of chaos as a spell like ability twice per day. In addition, all opponents suffer a -2 penalty to their Will saves against the Confusion effects.

Faerie Form: at 5'th level the MM may assume the form of any type of faerie, brownie, or sprite (including atomies, brambles, dobies, faerie fiddlers, gorse, grigs, killmoulis, nixies, pixies, quicklings, sea sprites, squeakers, and other similiar fey creatures). The MM adopts the form of the creature, gaining all of that forms abilities. The MM also adopts all that forms weaknesses as well. The MM can change form as many times as desired, within the duration of the spell. The MM may turn into a sprite and fly away and then turn into a nixie and dive into a lake. The first form adopted has one-quarter of the hit points of the MM. Subsequent forms carry the current total hit points with them until the original form is resumed. Each alteration in form takes only 1 second. This ability can be used twice a day, and lasts as many rounds equal to your total character level + your Wisdom modifier. This ability is a standard action.

(All spell-like abilities are cast at total character caster level)

CL-BAB-FS-RS-WS-Special- Spells per day

1'st-+0-+0-+2-+2-- Mock Law, Pass without trace- +1level

2'nd-+1-+0-+3-+3-Alter appearance, Knock -+1level

------------------------------------------------------------
Hook “Magic flows in my veins and nourishes me like the sap in a plant. The Weave is what regulates this flow. The Weave is my Heart”
Description Tall and lean, Hylan is old but stays alert. A whole life of journeys and adventures had kept him in quite a good form. His long hair and his short bear are entirely white. Hylan is serious and quiet, even if he enjoys the company of adventurers.
Hylan is a prominent member of the church of Mystra. He has dedicated his life to the protection of the Weave, and even if the credit is usually given to his former apprentice Aluvauna Thornym, he was the first to talk about creating The Guardians of the Weave. Even if he is not an authority figure in this group, he is well-known and highly respected. However, he doesn’t share the so-called laxity of the Guardians toward Red Wizards and Shadovars, and frequently tries to stop all those who try magical experiments dangerous for the Weave.
Hylan’s last missions have mostly leaded him in Sembia, Cormyr and Anauroch. In Saerloon in Hammer 1373 DR, he and a small band of adventurers prevented a meeting between Yder Tanthul and the Zulkir of Illusion Mythrell'aa to happen, resulting in a cold war between the two parties since. In 1374 DR, he helped the elves to purge Myth Drannor from the Phaerimms.
Hylan is rumoured to be a Chosen but this is not yet the case.
Note Hylan has the bonuses associated with venerable age and has used wishes and read various tomes to grant himself a +4 inherent bonus to Int, a +4 to Cha and a +3 to Con.
------------------------------------------------------------
Familiar: Hylan has called a Raven (called Lin) as a magical companion. While the familiar is within arms reach, he gains the Alertness feat (+2 to Spot & Listen checks).
Eldritch Tapestry (Su): Hylan can weave an eldritch tapestry containing himself and 13 others. Doing so takes 10 minutes and requires a DC 15 Craft (weaving) check. He can cast spells up to level 5 into the tapestry.
Quiescent Weaving (Su): Hylan can store 4 spells of level 5 or lower in a dormant state in his tapestry. As a move action he can release all the spells. They take effect in the order they were placed into the tapestry. Hylan usually store cure critical wounds, greater invisibility, haste and dimension door.
Enlarged Tapestry (Su): Spells Hylan casts through your tapestry have their range category increased by one level.
Detect Magic (Sp): Hylan gains the ability to use detect magic at will.
Read Magic (Sp): Hylan gains the ability to use read magic at will.
Armored Caster (Light) (Ex): Hylan becomes more attuned to the Weave and can cast his arcane spells while wearing light armor without incurring the normal arcane spell failure chance.
Arcane Spell Power (Ex): Hylan’s caster level for all arcane spells increases by 4.
Expanded Spell Knowledge (Ex): Hylan added the spells mark by a (B) to the list of his Knight of the Weave spells known.
Augmented Casting (Su): Hylan can choose to sacrifice a spell or spell slot from one of his classes to apply the effect of a metamagic feat that he knows to a spell cast using another arcane class.
Permanent Spells: Hylan uses permanency spells to give himself the following effects: comprehend languages, darkvision, detect scrying, see invisibility and tongues.

Staff of the Lady: This staff is a relic of the church of Mystra
It works as a staff of power, except for the following:
The staff itself is a +5 dispelling quarterstaff. It also regains a charge per week as long as it remains one charge in it. It contains 50 charges and anyone holding it is immediately aware of the number of charge remaining. The following powers have also been added to the staff:
Chain lightning: 4 charges
Wall of fire (extended): 2 charges
Strong varied; CL 20th; Craft Staff, Craft Magic Arms and Armor, magic missile, heightened ray of enfeeblement, continual flame, levitate, heightened fireball, heightened lightning bolt, cone of cold, hold monster, wall of force, globe of invulnerability, wall of fire, chain lightning; Price 400,000 gp.

Improved (Metamagic) [Metamagic]
Prerequisites: Heighten Spell, any other metamagic feat, Spellcraft ranks 12+
Benefit: Select a metamagic feat you have other than Heighten Spell. Whenever you apply the effects of this metamagic to a spell (whether during casting or preparation), the spell is heightened an equal number of levels.
i.e. if a wizard with Improved Quicken Spell memorizes his lightning bolt as a quickened spell in a 7th-level spell slot, the spell is treated as though heightened +4 levels in addition to the normal benefits of the Quicken Spell feat.
Special: This feat stacks with normal metamagic use.
i.e. the same wizard could memorize the same quickened lightning bolt in a 9th-level slot by applying Empower Spell.
You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a new metamagic feat.
Normal: Only Heighten Spell affects a spell's level for determining spell DCs.

This one doesn't quite fit your rules, but here is an npc I have used, in the style of the old villian's lorebook.

Intro

Show
The woman crouched low on the roof top, peering over the edge. She had lain in wait there for hours, hidden in the nights darkness. Years of training had taught her how to avoid having her muscles cramp, and she remained there unwavering. Poised to strike… like a coiled serpent. That thought brought a small smile to her lips. Finally, her quarry came in to sight. A fat and bloated merchant, who huffed and wheezed with the effort of walking down the street. His eyes were constantly darting to the shadows, obviously nervous, despite the dozen guards surrounding him. As well he should be. For he had crossed a priest of Sseth, and for that he must die.

She waited until the band had passed directly below her, then she struck! With quick fluid motions born from years of training, her hand dipped behind her sash and drew out the shurikens hidden there. With amazing ease, she sent them sailing into the night with a mere flick of her wrist. There was a slight whistle as they sailed through the air, followed by some wet thuds and curses. All ten had reached their target, and she allowed herself another satisfied smile. The shurikens themselves would do little damage, but the lotus poison on them should prove quite deadly. The poison was difficult, and costly to create, and it was good that none had went to waste.

The poison did it’s work, and 10 of the guards fell to street. Her shurikens, magically enchanted to return to her, appeared back in her hand. Then she rose, and leaped over the side of the building. The remaining two guards saw her, and shouted. She had been trained on how to fall, and managed to push off the side of the building and go into a diving roll. She rolled right by the surprised guards, and sprung to her feet in front of the fat merchant. His eyes went wide, and he gave a squeal of terror. Without a word she hit him hard in the solar plexus. Twisting hard at the end and grinding the knuckle of her index finger into the nerve ending there, she watched in satisfaction as the merchant became temporarily paralyzed.

Wasting no time, she turned to the two guards who were now charging in to attack. The guards swung wildly, fear and anger making them reckless. Years of training had honed her combat reflexes and she dodged the attacks with ease. She then countered with a series of blows of her own, crushing the windpipe of one with her fist. The other she caught off balance and tripped him onto his back. Before he could recover, she brought the heel of her palm down, shattering his nose, and sending shards of bone into his brain. She gracefully rose, turned back to the unmoving merchant, and gave him cold, wicked, smile. In a chilling voice she said, “The justice of Sseth is upon you soft skin”.

Description:
Tributti is a dusky skinned mulan boy with large falconwings sprouting from his back. His golden glare constantly darts across the available vistas, his bleached manes always in motion to his new destination. He favors light robes that enable him to take to the skies in an instant. In battle he wears a large cloak with the symbol of roaring lion.
Inheriting the command of a elite mulhorandi clergy force of Anhur at the age of 12 Tributti is a rash general in the army of Horustep the Third. The boy acts with the wisdom of elders when at war but this winged boyish man looks and behaves quite childlike outside of the battlefield. His body has a youthfull vigor and unlike the normally bald followers of Anhur he wears his hair in a dark mane. Renowed for his nighttime patrols over the streets of Skuld he has boldly struck down several renowned nighttime slavesmugglers. His fierce golden glare and booming laugh has won him his fair share of negotiatons. On battlefields he acts like an inspiring light, clearly visible by his fellows by charging overhead harrassing his enemies with his glinting lionheaded scythe while bathed in daylight.

Okay, some more info on current events with Curudin and his guild.

As of 1375 Curudin, Seareghade Shimmerstar, Nym Nightstar and Terrendill Shaelarra are roaming the Silvermarches harassing the Clerics and followers of Shar. Robbing Shar's shrines and churches, pranking her clergy and tricking high ranking priests throughout the region causing chaos and dark intrigue among her followers. Shar has sent out Assassins, Arcane Devotees and Shadow Clerics to deal with this problem by any means possible, But as of yet, her clergy cannot seem to find out who is behind all the chaos running amok through the churches ranks. It seems whenever Shar's assassins get close to Curudin and his rogues, they tend to migrate towards and attack Nym Nightstar and Terrendill Shaelarra above the other two. (Nym is a CN Shadow Wizard, and Terrendill is a CG Shadowdancer with the Shadow Walker template. Both are in the guild post above).

Also, as of 1375, Mitzlevexven Leafbower, Shen-Shen Lhundlar, Zallathel Amarillis, Quintillis Iliathor and Filanelendil Winterbough are working together on a mission to sneak into The Arcane Brotherhood in Luskan and steal the Phylactery of the Lich Archmage Arklem Greeth, and then sneak into the Grand Temple of Tyr and plant the Lich's life force in the bedroom of the High Priest as to cause mayhem among such powerful lawful factions.

The other remaining members of the Rogues guild are maintaining the affairs of both guilds in Silverymoon and Everlund.

PS.) I'll be posting a request on your FR NPC page as well, I've got a custom-NPC digging at my brain, and I'd love to get him put into flesh by an expert like yourself.

Thanks again bro.

Personaly, I copied most of green giant NPC's thread and some stats from dicefreaks or other sources. The result is a 440 pages word document with most of the famous NPCs of the realms.

To come back to Lord Typhus' competition, here is a new NPC :

She is a Stifeleader of Cyric, pretending to be a high priest of Oghma in a new planar metropolis that I use in my epic campaign.

Description As a very influent member of the Oghma’s church of Myth Elenath, Anifer has the perfect cover for her “other” business. Tempting, robbing and corrupting the people of influence in the city have become her final goal.
Anifer has multiple identities in the city. She is Lady Sarael, the Thief Master Anifer and some other minor figures. However, in any guise she is, she always hides her demonic features.

Dominating Aura (Su) enemies within 40 ft. suffer -2 morale penalty on saves vs. fear

Doublespeak (Ex) Anifer is adept at talking her way out of tight places. She gains a +2 bonus on all Bluff and Diplomacy checks.
Uncanny Dodge (Ex) Anifer retains his Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if she is caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, she still loses his Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized.
Reputation (Ex) Anifer’s infamy grants her a +3 bonus on her leadership score.
Improved Uncanny Dodge (Ex) Anifer can no longer be flanked. This defense denies a rogue the ability to sneak attack by flanking her, unless the attacker has at least four more rogue levels than she has.
Item Use (Ex) A lilitu can use any magic item as though she had successfully used the Use Magic Device skill.
Lilitu’s Gift (Su) Once per day, a lilitu can embrace a willing or helpless creature as a standard action and grant it a +2 profane bonus to Charisma and a +2 profane bonus on saving throws. The effect persists for 24 hours or until the target creature is affected by a dispel chaos. Until the gift expires or is removed, the affected creature radiates chaos as if his alignment were chaotic. Moreover its natural weapons, as well as any weapons it wields, are treated as chaotic-aligned for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction.
As long as the character possesses the gift, the lilitu’s name (written in abyssal) appears as a tattoo somewhere on the character body.
Mock Divinity (Ex) A lilitu uses her charisma score to determine bonus spell per day and spell saving throw DCs for her cleric spells. She cannot spontaneously cast cur or inflict spells, nor can she turn or rebuke undead.
Poison (Su) Stinger – Injury, Fortitude DC 22, 2d6 Wis/1d4 negative levels. The save DC is Constitution-based.
Shroud Alignement (Ex) Spells ans spell-like abilities that have the good descriptor treat a lilitus if her alignment was good. Magic items are similarly fooled.
Vulnerable to Divine Magic (Ex) A lilitu’s heretical nature renders her particularly susceptible to divine magic. She makes all saving throws against divine magic at a -2 penalty, and checks to overcome her spell resistance with a divine spell gain a +4 sacred bonus.
Change Shape (Su) A lilitu can assume the form of any Small or Medium humanoid.

Hassaran’s Pride (minor artifact)
Hassaran’s Pride is a holy relic of Oghma. It was forged by a wandering bard called Melim Hassaran who was adventuring in the North. The sword passed in the hands of high priests of the Bard for hundred years before Anifer stole it. Returning with it in Elenath as a fellow member of the religious community gave her great renown and power.
Hassaran’s Pride acts as a +4 keen speed holy longsword that produce a blue cold light (equal to a candle) when out of its scabbard.
Strong varied; CL 20th; Weight 1.2lbs; Reference: Dungeon Masters Guide (3.5).

To come back to Lord Typhus' competition, here is a new NPC :

-You should post that over at The Realms Vault NPC Collection.

-An excellent idea, if I do say so myself. We just added a whole new section (rather than a thread) in the 'Campaign Customization' area, just for NPCs.

Is this where I cut/paste all of the NPC's over at my thread and post them there as well? :P
