| #1Lord-DariusFeb 15, 2012 11:30:43 | Hi all,
I'm building a huge campain using Forgotten Realm as a setting.
I'm trying to stick to the campain guide, but I had to invent some plot and obviously modified a lot of the original setting to accomodate my campain story line. The campain is copose of 9 adventures, all made up. So far It seem to be a succès since my player can't stay seated wile they play...
But such project required a lot of ressource and I find myself spending more time creating maps and setting than on the story itself. I'm looking for a current map of scornubel and at the same time, any official maps. It seem that D&D failled to provide such basic tools for DM...
I'm working right now on a map for the city. I used an old map of Paris and modified it so It would fit a population of 14 000. I'll will probably post it if anyone is interrested.
Thank you.

Its not a great image (taken from the Forgotten Realms Interactive Atlas, which doesn't have the best of export functions I'm afraid), but its representative of Scornubel during the 2e era, and should give you at least a basic idea of the foundation for the city's layout. Hope it helps some. |
