| #1Matt_JamesNov 25, 2011 6:55:14 | This past week, Shawn Merwin and I had two articles released (one for players, and one for DMs) that give everything needed to run a campaign in the Moonshaes. Take a look and enjoy! I check here infrequently, so feel free to catch me on Twitter or my Website if you have questions. Backdrop: Moonshae Isles Heroes of the Moonshae Isles |
| #2IluvrienNov 26, 2011 12:54:03 | I had a quick look at these when they were released, I have to say I was both impressed and relieved. I am at a point, with my group, where I have a good story reason to send them to the moonshaes and was looking for some 4E references. So, um, yay! I am going to go back through them in detail so I may well be accosting you here, on twitter or on your website with questions. Overall though, thanks you you and Mr Merwin for these sterling offerings! |

| #4tallric_kruushDec 04, 2011 8:12:04 | This is great stuff. I'd been brainstorming for months, now, on how to include more flavor of this sort in our homebrew world. Limited familiarity with the Moonshaes had caused me to overlook them. I'd hadn't realised that the region I'd been imagining already existed in the Realms. These articles really add a ton of depth. As with many things, the FRCG provided little useful information. After reading these articles, I've found and read all the available Moonshaes material ever printed, excluding only the novels, at this point. I must say, I'd love a Moonshaes setting book like the Neverwinter supplement. Seeing as that's unlikely (Menzoberranzan in 2012, eh?), I'll take these articles as a fitting, digital substitute. Combined with the earlier Sarifal article, these give a good basis for an entire campaign set in the Isles, or multiple campaigns, really. Thanks, Matt and Shawn! Articles like these are the gems that keep me renewing my DDI Account. More articles should aim for this standard. |

| #6smerwin29Dec 06, 2011 15:30:26 | I'm glad people are enjoying the articles. I wish I had the time and the players to run a Moonshae campaign myself. I'll have to DM vicariously through others . . . |
| #7doktornowhereDec 11, 2011 20:14:43 | Thanks for these articles! My campaign is about to hit Paragon, and we've been roaming the western Heartlands for a bit. I've been planning to this region for a while, but the lack of detail for 4e is quite daunting. Then, like magic 2 weeks before we're set to go, these come out. So much great stuff, and yet leaves room for the material I had made up on my own. Best Dungeon Article since I started playing 4e!! |
