First off thanks for anyone who replies. I appreciate it.
My question is this. With the Sundering I have lost some idea of what has happened in the Moonshaes, one of my favorite settings and novels in the FR.
I want to make a male druid character related though for lore purposes not too closely related to the Kendricks, haveing the same last name. For those with knowledge of the post Sundering Moonshaes I could use some input on a name, and a couple background ideas. Again any input would be very helpful. |

You can fin a few hints about the post-spellplague Moonshae Isles here : http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Moonshae_Isles
In Dragon Magazine issue #376 there is an article about the Kingdom of Sarifal on the island of Gwynneth.
The Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (4th edition) has several info regarding the post-spellplague Moonshae.
Between the lycanthropes, the fomorians, the cyclops, Amn, Sarifal, and other threats from the Feywild, the post-spellplague Moonshae Isles have quite changed. I know that the druids have troubles with cyclops in the forests of the island of Alaron (some kind of war on the way). This part should interest you if you plan on playing a druid.
With the Sundering, though, I assume the Feywild's influence over the Moonshae Isles will diminish a lot as the bridges between that plane and Faerûn will collapse.
In my campaign, the presence of the Feywild on the islands is intense. Orcs are planning an invasion of Alaron which is weakened. They made an alliance with an evil archfey (though the orcs are being used by the archefy in this plot) and work toward opening an old crossroad that will allow an army of cyclops from the Feywild to enter the island at an unexpected location.
