My take on an FR centered Cosmology (4e)

I don't think anything in it contradicts 4e canon, and mostly it follows from 2e. I don't really care about the horror that was the 3e cosmology - I'm perfectly happy with the 4e for Astral Sea and Elemental Chaos.
