I know that the city's Mythal was restored when the Elves reclaimed the city, but what all powers were restored? All the powers that it had when it was first created? Or just the ones still existing in the Ruins of Myth Drannor box set? Where there any additional powers woven into the Mythal at the time of the refounding?
What ever happend to those priests of Lathander who were hanging out in the ruins? Did they split when the elves took over? Are they still around? Where exactly was their temple anyway?
What about Shaundakul? Does he still hang out there? Was he destroyed during the Spellplague? Did he die from lack of worship? Any mention of him at all in 4e?
How tolerant are the Elves of Myth Drannor towards non-elves in the city? Do they kill humans on sight? Welcome them in with open arms? Any mention of any non elves living in the city now?
Has the new Myth Drannor been featured in any of the novels? Isnt it about time we get a DDI article on it or something? And a map!

I dont know all facts yet but a few snippets I can reveal.
The Mythal of Myth Drannor was slowly altered by the lingering influence of the ancient corrupted champion angel of the seldarine, Malkizid. The mythals abilities before the retreat are represented in the AD&D Myth Drannor box set, and AD&D Cormanthyr book has the original mythals status effects. It was Sarya Dlardrageth who managed to perform the most stabilizing adjustments to the mythal, severing the harmfull wards against fiends and strengthening its gating abilities.
The Lathanderite cleric camp was destroyed and scattered by Sarya's Deamonfey legion, and I imagine the fate of the defenders of Shaundakul shrine had a similar end.

the elves and eladrin havent done that in years, eh kill non fey. what the 4e frcg says, that its an eladrin city with about 10 000 inhabitants.

Yes, you have to be a LFR member. Membership is free and it costs nothing to download the adventures. All you would need to do is log in,set up a home game for your players, then have some fun. Also, don't forget to use the Pool of Radiance: Attack on Myth Drannor by Sean K. Reynolds as a resource.

As for lore, there's not much to give. They describe a few of the districts, and you get to see a bit of the city's society. Very cool stuff.

Ack! Yes I meant 359. I was thinking 359 not sure why I typed 159, although 159 was a pretty good issue as well, Spelljammer! But anyway, yeah check out that Dragon 359 if you get a chance, it has some nice information in it taken from the Last Mythal trilogy, and theres a pretty sweet map of the city as well.
I wrote one of the LFR adventures in question (the level 7-10 version) and tried very hard to convey the history of the place, including questing for one of the Baneblades, while also showing that time had passed.

well, there are elves of all sorts there, lol. elves/eladrin that is (I still tend to refer to both collectively as elves).
So do I, and I probably always will. I thought that changing their name was one of the sillier things they did with 4e. They should have stuck with high elves and wood elves, similar to how they treated the different subraces of Shifters.
