In the Crystal Shard, Drizzt banished Errtu for a hundred years. Since WotC has jumped the campaign forward a hundred years, Shouldn't Errtu be looking for Drizzt?
Considering RAS has six more Drizzt novels lined up, the newest of which comes out in November (I believe), it's quite possible Errtu might make an appearance somewhere. Personally, I never really felt Errtu was particularly interesting, so I could take him or leave him, but who knows; RAS might have something in store for him.
During the 100 years of Spellplague they can't talk about.

Why? He's a super-mega cash cow? The Drizzt books are some of the bestselling novels they publish. It makes WotC money and RAS money, so why would he stop?
I see what you mean Dragon9; I just think Drizzt was a good character, and I don't like it when they turn a good character into a comic book super hero with a never ending stream of impossible feats, and story after story of saving the world. I guess maybe that suits the genre, but I suppose I'm looking at it more from a story perspective.

Dunno, I find this ironic, considering most of D&D revolves around characters that do this on a relatively constant basis as well. Games Ive played, we ended up on adventure after adventure, solving people's problems, then when we got high enough, saving the world time and again.

OK, six more Drizzt books is a bit overkill. RAS needs to get some new ideas rather than beat one character into the ground.

Drizzt and Obould need to have a rematch....for Obould to kick his arse again like what he did to Drizzt in the pegasus rescue part.
I don't see that being much of a fight, what with Obould being an exarch and Drizzt just a lowly mortal, albeit lucky-as-hell drow. Heck, given the Prelude in The Orc King, it doesn't look like Drizzt has much in the way of allies, at least not compared to his Icewind Dale days. Just him and Guen vs. a demi-power... ouch. :P

Is there definitive proof yet that she is actually dead? That chick could pop back up like Pee-Wee Herman in a movie theater.
