Elminster, the only description I guess would be in the novel Making of the Mage, he had/has a hawk-like nose, that's all I know. Young Sammaster is here http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/2/fr_downloads/tsr9547.zip Young Khelben, not really 20 years, but there are mentions of him as Arun's Son and the Nameless Chosen in http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/2/fr_downloads/tsr1165.zip and http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/2/fr_downloads/tsr9558.zip, and lady Symrustar, and the Srinshee, I think the book mentions her youth in Srinshinnar, but not her description. For others I recommend searching online, some fansites just copy the information from the books. And Ed's replys at Candlekeep. Not a particular Chosen enthusiast, but I'm pretty sure he wrote something about them there over the years.
