| #1kamulecFeb 07, 2011 6:39:22 | To my players: Proszę o nie czytanie tego tematu. Which outsiders serve to Valsharoon? |
| #2gray_richardsonFeb 08, 2011 20:23:08 | I would imagine planar undead such as bodaks, devourers, and nightshades. |
| #3gray_richardsonFeb 08, 2011 20:29:43 | Officially, Powers & Pantheons says he is served (in particular) by such 2e undead critters as: blazing bones, boneless, crawling claws, dreads, flameskulls, flesh golems, and potlergeists. He is also served by such living creatures as fenhounds and scarab beetles. Some of those creatures had 3e versions. Not sure if more than a couple have been adapted for 4e yet. |

| #5gray_richardsonFeb 09, 2011 2:38:18 | Well, bodaks, devourers, nightshades and flesh golems are all in the 3e/3.5 Monster Manual. Crawling claws were adapted to 3e in Monsters of Faerûn and then updated to 3.5 in Lost Empires of Faerûn. Flameskulls and dreads can also be found in Lost Empires of Faerûn. There's an Ether Scarab in MMII, Gem Scarab in MM5, Hoard Scarab in Draconomicon, Death Scarab Swarm in Sandstorm, and a Scarab Beetle Swarm in the 3e Fiend Folio. You might also check out the Abyssal Ghoul in the Fiend Folio and the Visage and the Entropic Reaper in the Libris Mortis, three more planar undead that could easily serve him. Actually any undead would work for Velsharoon. You could probably also tack on any number of templates to beef them up and make them more interesting foes. Check out the Libris Mortis for a wealth of ideas. Other monsters that are either native to Dweomerheart or likely to be living there are: Dweomervores, Phanes (Abominations), Angels (Astral, Monadic & Movanic Devas, Planetars & Solars), Nishruu, Inevitables, Grisgols, Living Spells, Scalamagdrions, Mercanes, Shadowstaffs, and creatures with the Axiomatic Template. In addition, Velsharoon is likely served by the souls of departed humans with specialist necromancer levels, or evil clerics, or mystic theurges specializing in necromancy. He might also have some lich servants. Though liches might be rare in Dweomerheart, as usually they become liches in order to avoid passing on to the afterlife. But if liches were to be found anywhere among the planes, then Velsharoon's domain would be a more likely spot than most. |
| #6kamulecFeb 09, 2011 2:56:41 | Is there mentioned any kind of outsider that works for this god? |
| #7gray_richardsonFeb 09, 2011 8:44:35 | Not sure what you mean, the planar undead mentioned above are outsiders, Bodaks, Devourers, Nightshades, Abyssal Ghouls, Visages, Entropic Reapers (which might be especially apt) are all outsiders. So are angels and inevitables. Inevitables are specifically mentioned as inhabitants of Dweomerheart in the Players Guide to Faerûn. And angels serve deities generally. |
| #8kamulecFeb 09, 2011 12:35:31 | I'm looking for information about some non-undead evil (or connected with Valsharoon's domain) outsider who sarves to Valsharoon - if there is any. |
