#1 electrickfreak Feb 01, 2010 18:50:14	So with the rules for character creation i got a question , if i run a game with my group and at the end they chose 1 magic item , and later on i run a other game and they get a beter magic item . those character are still lvl 1 so they are permit 1 magic item , from what ive read they cant get the new magic item because the first one they got in the first adventure will alway count toward there maximum , even if they sell it at 20% gold value . Am i understanding it right? if so i need to explain to them that they REALY need to make sure they want the item because they will be stuck with it. Please tell me if i dont get it. #2 Thanlis Feb 01, 2010 19:03:27	Yeah, that's right. When they hit level 2 they can choose another magic item from the reward bundles, and so on. If you've got an item already, and you play an adventure which gets you to level 2, you can take a second magic item immediately. Purchased magic items don't count against this total, though.
