Smooth Talk and Evangelist PrC

do the smooth talk feat from Player's Guide to faerun add or not with the evangelist PrC ability from Complete Divine ?

0 for the penalty for the Diplomacy Check ?

May 12, 2008 7:48:33 		The Smooth Talk feat allows you to make a Diplomacy check as a full-round action with a -5 penalty. Normally it requires a 1min conversation and if you do try it as a full-round action, you take a -10. The ability gained by the 2nd level of Evangelist does the same thing.

Honestly i don't know. Personally i wouldn't allow the ability and feat to stack, but it's something you can take up with Customer Service and see what they rule.
