Hey Everyone! First post!
(Well, not really. I used to lurk and post every so often but that account doesnt work anymore for whatever reason)

Can anyone tell me about these following Drow cities, or where I might be able to find some information myself:

Jhachalkhyn
Dusklyngh
Karsoluthiyl

I stumbled on them while doing some research on something, and I was wondering. Any and all help would be great! Thanks!

Can't say I'm familiar, Zanan would probably be the best source for this sort of stuff though.

-Offhand, all three are mentioned in the Dragons of Faerûn web-enhancement. That is likely to be the most "up-to-date" source.

-Concerning Dusklyngh, Jhachalkhyn, and Karsoluthiyl, strikes by the Jaezred Chaulssin, during Lolth's Silence (1372 DR) weakened the matriarchies enough to allow patriarchal merchant organizations to increase in power and make in-roads in ousting the Lolthite Matriarchy, and replacing it with a Vhaeraunite Patriarchy.

Thank you, Lord Karsus. This was the source that I found those cities in, and since I am running n Underdark campaign (soon) I was looking for some information on those cities.

Going back to 2e FR sources for those. I came up with two sources- Drizzt Do'Urden's Guide to the Underdark (1999) and Menzoberranzan (boxed set, 1992).

Karsoluthiyl in first source while the other two are in the second source. Sorry I do not have these so I can not be sure how much information is given about them.

Turning the question on its head, you will get loads of info on Menzoberranzan, far less on Ched Nasad and Maerimydra, bits and pieces on Sshamath, Sschindylryn, Chaulssin, and Undrek-thoz. The first two on your list do feature in a about 20 sentences between them.

Karsoluthiyl get's a bit of more attention, as the drow house which "rules" in Skullport hails from there - Tanor-Thal. You do get some info in DdUGttUD, as well as in Skullport and City of Splendors, but hardly more than a few names and power structure plus the odd venture by this or that house.

Thank you for that Zanan.

Anyone else?

And, as a side note, I have Drizzt Do'Urden's Guide. Is the 3e book Underdark with it, since I already have that?

I don't think I get that. Do you have both books?

I think some of the cities were left ambiguous purposely so that fans could take hold and make them theirs. Take Rilauven for example. The only reference I remember was in Icewind Dale 2, a PC game Apparently its supposed to be a drow city in the far north or something. It's been a while since I played that game hehe.

So my advice is to make them your own Just like I did with Ched Nasad before they fleshed it out a bit

-Drizzt Do'Urden's Guide to the Underdark does not come with the 3e Underdark book, no. Both are good books to have, though.
