Recently got back into the realms in a big way (was off in the planes for a while, 2nd ed Planescape WooT) and in any case I've borrowed my brothers Realms books and proceeded to devour them over the last month but I'm looking for some more information on a few things. I know about the city of shade and how thats come back but I came across to a reference of another netherese city which was taken away before the cataclysm by Selune(?) and was wondering if there was more info. Secondly, MANSHOON!, I love this guy! I have the 3rd edition books hes in as well as a few of the 2nd ed ones ie Villains lore book. Was wondering if there were a few more sources. Hmm thats about all that comes to mind at the moment. Back to READING!

You are referring to Selûnnara, originally named Opus. You can find more information in Netheril, Empire of Magic and Lost Empires of Faerûn. As far as I know it is still floating peacefully in the Gates of the Moon Secondly, MANSHOON!, I love this guy! The Forgotten Realms Campaign Guide has a brief explanation of Manshoon's history and current existence.
