Apr 20, 2009 18:01:47 I need a little help in acquiring some info in some subjects that seem to be difficult to find. Not the basic info but more detailed data, if you could help me out i would be forever in your debt.

Malkizid - anything that i can get my hands on on this guy would be gold in my mind but mostly id like to know...
1 - Aside from the tidbits of info on lost empires, champions of ruin and grand history of the realms is there anything more detailed about him like origin and background?
2 - What happened to him after the last mythal trilogy, his current location and standing in faerun?

Nope, aside from those sources that you mention, and the Last Mythal books, I don't think there is more information. Either CoR or LoD has his writeup and the most detailed information on him.

2 - What happened to him after the last mythal trilogy, his current location and standing in faerun?

He was (presumably) killed and banished back to the outer plans. No news on the exact location or current situation.

Gatekeeper Crystal
1 - What exactly is it and what does it do?

It's an item that draws power from the Waymeet. It's details are explained in The Last Mythal novels, but it's biggest function was breaking wards. It was a weapon created during the Crown Wars.

I got more questions but this will do for now

The Gatekeepers crystal was made from and powered by the Waymeets Mythal.

(Isn't the place that has a portal to any plane of existense in the realms both material and extra planar?)

Now that im here...
Isn't there a compilation of all the mythals that have been created in the realms and there current status?
