By itself (without the Student of the Plague feat), Spellscarred characters have spellscarred susceptibility (a penalty against other creatures born of the spellplague), and spellplague sense, which allows them to sense said creatures and the lands that spawned them. My question is, how would you people RP the spellplague sense? I'm going to be playing a Tiefling Swordmage who has a spellscar, and I was thinking his SS would manifest as an intense wave of dread that rolls over him; so much that he breaks out in a cold sweat and his heart races. |

Perhaps teh scarred always see other scarred's mark shining with blue fire. Perhaps all other scarred manefest a ringing noise, perhaps the person's ayes glow in blue, perhaps it could smell distinct. |

A spellscar could work in a similar way. Perhaps in the presence of spellplague stuff, the spellscar responds by flaring to life, either really with blue fire, or figuratively with firey discomfort. This could also be used to describe the susceptibility spellscarred PC's have. |
