I found two large areas on the map (the Plaguelands and Halruaa), and several blotches:
South of Chessenta
South of Tymanther
South of Nathlan
Hordelands

Are there any others I missed?  Have any been mentioned in books?

(Thread hijackers: I know I can put Spellplague anywhere I want.)

As far as I know you got em all, Im sure theres smaller ones scattered across the Realms, perhaps some of them moving and shifting. Probably some in Kara-Tur as well. whole buch of refugees came into Faerun from Kara-Tur, so they must be getting away from something.
Theres probably some in the Underdark as well, although I know of none officially.

The Vilhon Wilds (Vilhon Reach) got nailed by the Spellplague. One of the areas affected most.

I think the actual Plaguelands are what were once known as Halruaa --or perhaps Thay.  Both were essentially built completely out of magic and therefore destroyed wholesale by the Spellplague.

Richard Baker's Swordmage mentions 'changelands' in the moonsea region, but they probably aren't really all that big compared
