| #3kais3000Jun 07, 2010 3:08:29 | PHB3 gives the new power swap feats for an augmentable character power swapping with a non-augmentable one. In your case you need the feat Psionic Conventionalist. You swap one of your at-wills for an encounter power of the same level or lower and lose power points based on the at-wills level. Level 1-10 = 2 PP loss Level 11-20 = 4 PP loss Level 21-30 = 6 PP loss . Information from PHB3 page 194 |
| #4JorunhastJun 07, 2010 12:45:08 | Just thought I'd add that spellscars don't always need to provide an additional power. They can also be used purely for flavor. Just like in the Marvel Comics universe, some mutant powers are odd, change physiology in some small way, but don't necessarily lend themselves to combat. If it's flavor you're going for, just do a houserule and have it be a "non-power" or something cosmetic. Unless you really do need for it to be a special power - and do a swap-out as suggested above. |
