-Well, I got a single entry, so that makes voting for a winner a lot easier. Here's the Mad Lib "uncovered":

Elminster and the Tale of the Missing [NOUN]

It was a [ADJECTIVE] day in Shadowdale when Elminster awoke. Glancing over at his [NOUN], he suddenly realized that he was late for an appointment to visit [NAME OF PERSON]. [VERB IN THE PRESENT PROGRESSIVE TENSE] out of bed, he [ADJECTIVE] ran outside of his house, and teleported to the [NOUN], where he was supposed to meet [NAME OF PERSON].

The trip through the time-space continuum was very [ADJECTIVE]. So much so, that when Elminster arrived, his mind was slightly frazzled, and he thought that he was a [NOUN]. He quickly recovered his wits, however, when he saw [NAME OF PERSON].

"Ah, how have you been, my [NOUN]?", Elminster said to [NAME OF PERSON], using the nickname he gave [PRONOUN]. The response Elminster got brought a [NOUN] to his eye. "Elminster, I am good, but my pet [NOUN] has run away!"

"Don't worry, I'll get to the bottom of this!", Elminster replied [ADJECTIVE ENDING IN 'LY']. Casting a Locate Object spell, Elminster discovered the whereabouts of the pet, and immediately teleported there. Sure enough, his spell worked correctly, as he discovered it in the middle of a giant pile of [NOUN]. "There you are", Elminster said to it.

He reached out, and grabbed it by the [NOUN], but it bit him in the [BODY PART]. [EXCLAIMATION], Elminster shouted as he felt the pain. Instinctively, the words of a magical spell spilled from his [BODY PART], and he cast a spell on the pet. After an explosion, it turned into a [NOUN]. Shaking his [NOUN], Elminster remarked to nobody in particular, "Well, that's the last time I try to help a [NOUN]..."
